Q.) How long does it take to get a product that is in stock ?
A.) We do same day shipping via ground transportation during normal business hours. You order today, we ship today. Where you live will determine delivery time. This could be anywhere from 3 to 10 days.
Q.) What do you need from me if I want a custom order logo mat ?
A.) Please refer to our handy order form on the Custom Logo Mat page. This will give us the basic information we need so we can save some time if we need to discuss additional details on the phone.
Q.) Can I order directly from your website ?
A.) Certainly

A.) Of course, we always enjoy talking to our customers.
Q.) What do you charge for shipping ?
A.) We only bill what the carrier charges. There are no additional handling fees. If necessary, we can arrange to send your order by courier.
Q.) Can I return an item for a refund ?
A.) Yes, please make sure it fits our refund policy guidelines.
Q.) Do your products come with a warranty. If so, how does it work ?
A.) We offer a 30-day, unconditional guarantee from date of purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase just return the undamaged item in it's original shipping container within 30 days from the purchase date.

General Product Information
Q.) Where are your mats made ?
A.) The majority of our mats are made near Dalton, Georgia - the textile/carpet capitol of the world.
Q.) Why do some of your anti-fatigue mats come in two thicknesses ?
A.) Most of the anti-fatigue mats we sell are 3/8". This thickness provides more than enough comfort for the majority of our customers. However, some of our customers prefer a thicker mat so we offer anti-fatigue mats in a 5/8" thickness. There is no extra charge.
Q.) How easy are the mats to clean ?
A.) In most cases, our mats are easily cleaned with soap and water. On tougher stains, a de-greaser is fine.
Q.) How come your prices are so low ?
A.) We have developed a special manufacturing process that allows us to pass along significant savings to our customers - especially on our standard anti-fatigue mats.
